HN PR 系列减压阀是模块化气路的压力调节解决方案。采用硬密封结构，W 型密封和 C 型密封可选，表面光洁度 Max. 5 μin. Ra，每台产品出厂前均通过 100% 氦泄漏测试。
膜片采用 Hastelloy C276 耐腐蚀合金材质，适用于苛刻工艺环境，兼容 SEMI 标准模块化连接平台。
